How tough is it to be a woman in Latin America?

Although one of the missions of the blog is to empower women and help them recognize their strength, it does not mean that we are "super heroines" or "robots" capable of doing absolutely everything. We are what we are, women, human beings who deserve not only to go far, but also rest and help. Although the wage and labor gap is narrowing in Latin America and more and more women are getting master's degrees and top positions, they are also being put to the test to find time for children and home care.

Why is it that school presentations or meetings are always attended by more mothers than fathers? Is it because mothers do not have jobs and therefore do not take time off to attend? No, again, it is pure sexism.
