How tough is it to be a woman in Latin America?

 Although one of the missions of the blog is to empower women and help them recognize their strength, it does not mean that we are "super heroines" or "robots" capable of doing absolutely everything. We are what we are, women, human beings who deserve not only to go far, but also rest and help. Although the wage and labor gap is narrowing in Latin America and more and more women are getting master's degrees and top positions, they are also being put to the test to find time for children and home care.  Why is it that school presentations or meetings are always attended by more mothers than fathers? She was an exemplary woman who was born on June 10, 1918, she had several important achievements behind her, being highlighted the fact that she was the first woman to hold a university chair in Peru, this being that of the National University of San Marcos, which It was, in turn, the university where she obtained her degree as a lawyer and a doctorate with her thesis "La descendencia de Huayna Cápac"; In turn, due to her career at UNMSM, while working as a teacher in the Faculty of Letters, she managed to inaugurate chairs of "history of Peruvian institutions", "history of geography" and founded the "Peruvian history society" Ella Dunbar Temple was a female pioneer in different disciplines in which she worked, this marking fundamental milestones in the development of her career.
